You can manage your Luma Plus subscription by:

1. Open [luma.com/calendar/manage/plus](https://luma.com/calendar/manage/plus)
2. Choose the Calendar you have Plus for

There you will be able to update your payment method, change your plan, or turn off auto-renewal.

## Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Luma Plus subscription at any time. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the current billing period ends.

Canceling doesn’t delete your Luma account. If you want to [delete your account](/p/managing-your-profile), you can do so right after canceling — you don’t have to wait for the billing period to end.

**Note:** We are not able to process refunds for Luma Plus subscriptions.

## Changing Your Send Limit

**Upgrading Your Send Limit**

When you upgrade your send limit:

- **Monthly subscriptions:** You’ll be charged for a full month, regardless of when you upgrade in your billing cycle
- **Yearly subscriptions:** You’ll be charged for the remainder of your year, with a minimum 30-day charge. If you upgrade within 30 days of renewal, you’ll be charged for 30 days
- You’ll immediately get access to your higher send limit

**Downgrading Your Send Limit**

When you downgrade your send limit:

- **Immediate access change:** You’ll lose access to the higher send tier right away
- **No refunds or credits:** You won’t receive any credit for the unused portion of your current billing period
- **Lower rate at renewal:** Your next invoice will reflect the lower send limit pricing

This straightforward approach ensures fair billing while preventing abuse of the system.

## Can’t Find Your Subscription?

If you see a charge from Luma on your card but can’t remember which account it’s connected to, you can use our [Subscription Lookup](https://luma.com/support/lookup-card) tool. Enter your card details and the charge amount to find and cancel any active Luma Plus subscriptions associated with that card.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**I was charged after I meant to cancel. What can I do?**
Auto-renewal is charged at the start of each billing period, so a renewal goes through if it isn’t turned off beforehand. Make sure auto-renewal is off at [luma.com/calendar/manage/plus](https://luma.com/calendar/manage/plus) and email us with any questions about a charge. Please don’t file a bank dispute — see below.

**Does canceling delete my account or events?**
No. Canceling only turns off auto-renewal — your account, events, and guest data stay intact, and you keep Luma Plus features until the current billing period ends.

**What happens if I dispute a Luma Plus charge with my bank?**
Filing a dispute (chargeback) against a Luma Plus charge automatically suspends your account as a fraud-protection measure, and we can’t reinstate accounts once a dispute has been filed. If you want to stop future charges, turn off auto-renewal instead. If a charge looks wrong, email [support@lu.ma](mailto:support@lu.ma) first — we’re happy to help.
