You can download your event’s guest list as a CSV file, which includes registration details, ticket information, coupon codes, and custom responses. This is useful for creating badges, importing data into other systems, or analyzing your attendee data.

## Downloading Your Guest List

To download your guest list as a CSV:

1. Go to your event’s **Manage** page
2. Navigate to the **Guests** tab
3. Click the **Download CSV** button (download icon) in the top-right corner

The CSV file will be generated and downloaded to your computer automatically.

## Exporting Filtered Views

If you’ve applied filters or search to your guest list, you’ll have the option to export either all guests or just the filtered results:

1. Apply filters using the filter button or search for specific guests
2. Click the **Download CSV** button
3. Choose between:
   - **Download All Guests** - Exports your complete guest list
   - **Download Filtered Guests** - Exports only guests matching your current filters

This is helpful when you want to export specific segments of your guest list, such as only VIP ticket holders or guests pending approval.

## What’s Included in the CSV

The CSV export includes comprehensive guest information:

- Name and email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Registration date
- Approval status
- Ticket type
- Check-in status (for in-person events) or join status (for online events)
- QR code URL (for check-in)
- Payment details (amount, tax, total)
- Coupon code, if a coupon was applied to that ticket order
- Custom source
- Responses to custom registration questions

## How Group Registration Appears in the CSV

If your event uses [group registration](/p/group-registration), guests who register for multiple tickets appear once per ticket in the CSV.

- Guests with a single ticket appear once
- Guests with multiple tickets appear on multiple rows
- The **coupon_code** column is tied to that ticket’s order

This means the same guest can appear on multiple rows if they registered for multiple tickets. If those tickets came from different orders, the rows can show different coupon codes.

## Common Use Cases

**Printing Event Badges**
Export your guest list to generate name badges with QR codes for easy check-in. Learn more about [printing event badges](/p/printing-event-badges).

**External Check-In Systems**
Use the QR code URLs from the CSV export to integrate with third-party check-in systems. See [external check-in integration](/p/external-check-in-integration) for details about QR code formats.

**Data Analysis**
Import the CSV into spreadsheet software or analytics tools to analyze registration patterns, ticket sales, and attendee demographics.

**Backup Records**
Keep a record of your event’s attendees for future reference or reporting purposes.

## Notes

- The CSV respects your current sort order in the guest table
- If your event uses [group registration](/p/group-registration), guests may appear multiple times in the CSV, once for each ticket
- For events with custom registration questions, each question appears as a separate column. Only questions currently on the event are included — if you [delete a question](/p/collect-registration-questions), it will no longer appear in future exports, so download a CSV first if you need that data.
- QR codes in the CSV export use “ticket key” format (different from the “guest key” format in emailed tickets, but both work for check-in)
