We use Stripe as our payment processor. This has advantages and some limitations.

If you have a Stripe account, you can link it to Luma and start accepting payments. Or we can help you create a new Stripe account.

Luma supports Stripe accounts in a subset of [the countries Stripe operates in](https://stripe.com/global). When you set up a new Stripe account, the **Home Country** list shows every country where you can create one. Indonesia is the exception: you can’t create a new account there, but you can link an existing Indonesian Stripe account. For any other country that isn’t listed, you can’t connect a Stripe account based there. Your customers can come from anywhere, though. For example, if you are in Mexico and create a Stripe account with your Mexican bank, you can accept payment from a customer in South America.

Once you have set up your payment details, you can accept payment via credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

**Stripe’s Extended Network**

Countries marked “Extended network” on [Stripe’s country list](https://stripe.com/global), like South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana, are served through Paystack rather than Stripe itself, so we can’t support accounts based there.

**India**

We can’t support Stripe accounts based in India due to [technical limitations](https://support.stripe.com/questions/stripe-india-support-for-marketplaces).

## Other Payment Processors

We don’t currently support payment processors other than Stripe, such as PayPal or RazorPay.
