Canceling an Event
You can cancel an event to delete the event and refund guests
You can cancel an event on Luma to delete the event page, refund guests, and automatically notify any guests.
How to Cancel an Event
You need to be a host with manager access to cancel an event. Open the event’s Manage Event page, then:
On web
Open the More tab and scroll to the bottom. The Cancel Event button is the last section on that tab.
On iOS and Android
Scroll to the bottom of the Manage Event screen. Cancel Event is the last option.
What Happens When You Cancel
- If anyone has paid for the event, you’ll have an option to refund all guests.
- You can customize the email that will be sent to guests.
- You will not be able to access the public or manage event page anymore for that event. It will be deleted.
- You will receive an email with the guest list for the event in case you want to use that in the future.
