- Click Bulk Actions in the expanded table
- Select either Approve via CSV or Decline via CSV
- Upload a CSV file containing the email addresses
- Review the list of found emails
- Confirm the action
The system will process all matching email addresses and update the guest statuses accordingly.
Additional Benefits
The expanded table view also provides:
- Full registration details - See all registration questions and answers in a single view
- Better visibility - More space to review guest information without scrolling
- Easier navigation - Quickly scan through large guest lists
When to Use Bulk Actions
Bulk actions are particularly useful for:
- Managing waitlists when spots become available
- Approving multiple guests after reviewing applications for approval-required events
- Declining registrations in bulk when an event reaches capacity
- Managing guest lists for events with high registration volume
Note: Bulk actions require at least 2 guests in the pending approval or waitlist status to appear.
