Expanded Guest Table

Manage your guests efficiently with the expanded table view and bulk actions

The expanded guest table gives you a full-screen view of your guest list with powerful bulk management tools and detailed registration information.

Accessing the Expanded Table

To open the expanded guest table:

  1. Go to your event's Manage page
  2. Navigate to the Guests tab
  3. Click the expand arrow (↗) icon in the top-right corner of the guest list

This opens a full-screen table view with all your guests and their details.

Bulk Actions

When you have guests pending approval or on the waitlist, the expanded table provides a Bulk Actions menu with the following options:

  • Approve All - Approves all guests who are pending approval or on the waitlist
  • Approve via CSV - Upload a CSV file with email addresses to approve specific guests in bulk
  • Decline All - Declines all guests who are pending approval or on the waitlist
  • Decline via CSV - Upload a CSV file with email addresses to decline specific guests in bulk

Using CSV Bulk Actions

The CSV bulk actions allow you to approve or decline specific guests by uploading a file containing their email addresses:

  1. Click Bulk Actions in the expanded table
  2. Select either Approve via CSV or Decline via CSV
  3. Upload a CSV file containing the email addresses
  4. Review the list of found emails
  5. Confirm the action

The system will process all matching email addresses and update the guest statuses accordingly.

The expanded table view also provides:

  • Full registration details - See all registration questions and answers in a single view
  • Better visibility - More space to review guest information without scrolling
  • Easier navigation - Quickly scan through large guest lists

When to Use Bulk Actions

Bulk actions are particularly useful for:

  • Managing waitlists when spots become available
  • Approving multiple guests after reviewing applications for approval-required events
  • Declining registrations in bulk when an event reaches capacity
  • Managing guest lists for events with high registration volume

Note: Bulk actions require at least 2 guests in the pending approval or waitlist status to appear.
