Expanded Guest Table
The expanded guest table gives you a full-screen view of your guest list with powerful bulk management tools and detailed registration information.
Accessing the Expanded Table
To open the expanded guest table:
- Go to your event's Manage page
- Navigate to the Guests tab
- Click the expand arrow (↗) icon in the top-right corner of the guest list
This opens a full-screen table view with all your guests and their details.
Actions Menu
The expanded table provides an Actions menu with the following options:
- Approve All - Approves all guests who are pending approval or on the waitlist (only appears when there are 2+ pending guests)
- Update Guests - Change the status of specific guests by uploading a CSV or entering emails manually
- Decline All - Declines all guests who are pending approval or on the waitlist (only appears when there are 2+ pending guests)
Update Guests
The Update Guests option lets you change the status of specific guests in bulk:
- Click Actions in the expanded table
- Select Update Guests
- Choose how to specify guests:
- Import CSV - Upload a CSV file containing email addresses
- Enter Manually - Paste or type email addresses directly
- Select the new status for these guests (Going, Waitlist, Not Going, or Pending)
- Choose whether to notify the guests
- Optionally add a custom message if notifying guests
- For paid events, you can choose to refund guests when changing status to Not Going
- Click Update Guests to confirm
The system will process all matching email addresses and update the guest statuses accordingly.
Additional Benefits
The expanded table view also provides:
- Full registration details - See all registration questions and answers in a single view
- Better visibility - More space to review guest information without scrolling
- Easier navigation - Quickly scan through large guest lists
When to Use Actions
The Actions menu is particularly useful for:
- Managing waitlists when spots become available
- Approving multiple guests after reviewing applications for approval-required events
- Declining registrations in bulk when an event reaches capacity
- Updating the status of specific guests when you have a list of emails
- Managing guest lists for events with high registration volume
Note: The Approve All and Decline All options only appear when there are at least 2 guests in the pending approval or waitlist status. The Update Guests option is always available.
