Passkeys on Luma

Passkeys let you sign into Luma using the biometrics or device PIN you already trust, so you never have to remember (or reset) another password.

What Are Passkeys?

Passkeys replace traditional passwords with a private key that stays on your device. When you sign in, your phone or computer confirms it is really you using Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or your device PIN. Nothing secret ever leaves your device, which means there is nothing for attackers to steal or reuse.

Enable Passkeys on the Web

1. Sign in at luma.com using your usual method.
2. Open Settings > Password & Security.
3. In the Passkeys section, choose Add a passkey.
4. Approve the prompt from your browser or device (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a saved passkey provider).

Heads up: If you have not signed in recently, we will ask for a quick confirmation code before you can add the passkey.

Enable Passkeys on iOS

1. Update to the latest Luma iOS app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile photo (top left) to open Settings.
3. Select Account Settings > Passkeys, then tap Add a passkey.
4. Follow the iOS prompt to save the passkey with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

Your passkeys sync with the account or password manager tied to your device, so the next time you open Luma on the web or iOS, you can sign in with a single tap.
