How to transfer event tickets to other attendees

Overview
Ticket transfer allows you to send your event tickets to another person.
When you transfer tickets, the recipient will receive an email with instructions to claim them. They'll need to sign in with their Luma account and complete any registration questions before the tickets are officially transferred.
How to Transfer Tickets
- Navigate to your event page and view your tickets
- Click Transfer on the ticket you want to send
- Select the tickets you want to transfer (if you have multiple)
- Enter the recipient's email address
- Click Complete Transfer
The recipient will receive an email with a link to claim the tickets.
Claiming Transferred Tickets
If someone has transferred tickets to you:
- Check your email for the transfer notification
- Click Claim Your Tickets in the email
- Sign in to your Luma account (or create one if you don't have one)
- Complete any required registration questions
- Your tickets will be added to your account
Important Notes
- Transfers are immediate and cannot be undone
- The original ticket holder's tickets are invalidated as soon as the transfer is initiated
- Recipients will receive reminder emails if they haven't claimed their tickets
- You'll receive a confirmation email when your tickets have been claimed
- Recipients must claim tickets before the event starts
