Set up a Meta tracking pixel to track event registrations

With Luma Plus, you can set up a Meta Tracking Pixel to track guest registrations.

We will send the following events to Meta:

PageView
CompleteRegistration for free events
Purchase for paid events

You need Luma Plus in order to set up the Meta Tracking Pixel. Once you're on Luma Plus, you can set it up at Calendar > Settings > Options.

Troubleshooting

If you aren't seeing events come through, check Traffic Permissions of your Meta Pixel in Meta Events Manager. Make sure luma.com is allowed to send events with your Pixel. For more information, see Meta's documentation on Traffic Permissions.

We also recommend using the Meta Pixel Helper Chrome Extension to verify the pixel setup is working and that the events are being sent.
