How to view, update, or cancel your active subscriptions on Luma

If you've joined a calendar membership with recurring payment, you can find details and manage your subscription at your payment settings page.

Viewing Your Active Subscriptions

To see all your active calendar membership subscriptions:

  1. Go to luma.com/settings/payment
  2. You'll see a list of all your active subscriptions
  3. You can also view your previous payment history on this page

Canceling a Subscription

To cancel a calendar membership subscription:

  1. Navigate to luma.com/settings/payment
  2. Find the subscription you want to cancel in your list of active subscriptions
  3. Click on the subscription to view details
  4. Select the option to cancel the subscription
  5. Confirm your cancellation

Once canceled, you'll continue to have membership access until the end of your current billing period, but you won't be charged again.

Updating Payment Information

If you need to update the credit card for your subscription payments:

  1. Go to luma.com/settings/payment
  2. Click on the subscription you want to update
  3. Select the option to update your payment method
  4. Enter your new card information
  5. Save the changes
