Signing In to Luma

All the ways you can sign in to your Luma account.

Luma supports several sign-in methods. You can use whichever is most convenient for you.

Email Sign-In

This is the most common way to sign in. Enter your email address at luma.com/signin and we'll send you a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code to sign in — no password required.

Phone Number Sign-In

You can also sign in with your phone number. Enter your number and we'll send a verification code via SMS. This is a great backup if you're having trouble accessing your email.

Password Sign-In

Passwords are optional on Luma. If you'd like to set one up, go to Settings > Password & Security. Once set, you can sign in with your email and password instead of a verification code. You can always switch back to code-based sign-in by clicking Send Me a Code on the sign-in page.

Passkeys

Passkeys let you sign in using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device PIN. They're fast, secure, and skip Two-Factor Authentication entirely. See Passkeys on Luma for setup instructions.

Google and Apple Sign-In

You can sign in with your Google or Apple account. If the email on your Google or Apple account matches an existing Luma account, it will automatically link to that account.

Okta SSO

Organizations can configure Okta Single Sign-On for their team. If your organization has Okta enforced, entering your work email on the sign-in page will automatically redirect you through the Okta flow. See Okta SSO for more details.

Two-Factor Authentication

For extra security, you can enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in Settings > Password & Security. With 2FA enabled, you'll need to enter a code from an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or 1Password) after signing in. You'll need to verify your email and set a password before enabling 2FA. See Two-Factor Authentication for setup instructions.

Trouble Signing In?

Not receiving your verification code? Check your spam or junk folder. You can also try signing in with your phone number instead.

Lost access to your email? Try signing in with your phone number, or with Google or Apple if you've used those before.

Lost access to your phone number? Sign in with your email using a verification code or your password.

Lost access to both email and phone? Unfortunately, Luma requires access to at least one of your sign-in methods to verify your identity. If your email was a company or organization email, check with your IT team about regaining access to that inbox.
