Luma Plus is $59/month billed annually (or $69 month-to-month) per calendar and drops the platform fee to 0%, so you pay only Stripe processing. For larger organizations, Luma Enterprise adds SSO, CRM integrations, and a company-wide organization, with pricing based on your needs.

Bizzabo: Bizzabo publishes a starting price of $499 per user per month, billed annually, with a 3-user minimum — about $18,000 per year at the floor. That includes unlimited events and registrations, ticketing, email campaigns, a website builder, a mobile app, and reporting. An annual subscription is required; single-event purchases aren’t available. Many capabilities are paid add-ons quoted by sales, including CRM and martech integrations, API access, sponsor and speaker portals, networking, a custom-branded app, advanced onsite software, and Klik SmartBadges.

FAQs

Can Luma handle a multi-session conference? Luma doesn’t have agenda or session management. You can model a few sessions as separate ticket types, or create each session as its own event on one calendar — see multi-session events.

Does Luma support virtual and hybrid events? Yes. Luma can create Zoom meetings and webinars and track attendance, works with Google Meet, and supports hybrid events with separate in-person and online ticket types. There’s no built-in streaming studio.

Does Luma print badges? Yes — onsite badge printing is available on Luma Enterprise. On any plan, you can also export your guest list with per-ticket QR codes and print badges with your own template — see printing event badges.

Will guests need to create a Luma account? No. Guests register with a name and email.
